Growing up on the east coast of Florida, he was active in outdoor activities such as fishing, golf, biking, and team sports. Tim attended Elon University in North Carolina and graduated with an MBA in business administration & bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance. Tim moved to SW Florida in 1995 & has been a full-time Sanibel resident since 2001. Tim brings over 2 decades of real estate experience in Lee County, from holding the position of regional sales manager for a national builder, to owning his own real estate brokerage. Tim’s extensive knowledge of communities both on and off the islands, and his enthusiasm for the business, has proven to be an integral component in creating relationships with his clients. In fact, Tim has even appeared on an episode of HGTV’s Island Life with clients on Sanibel Island.
